I enjoy merging my design inspirations that I have gained through people of all walks of life and various cultures; to design in a way that reflects openness and inclusivity. Design is a universal language to everyone in the world.

As a UX designer, I remind myself that design is a process, continuous and iterative. As a UX researcher, I’ve learned to be empathetic, seeing the true value in being a good listener and asking the right questions.
